Purpose

This procedure explains the Omega Indexer V2 credit system, refund policies, and how to manage your account balance effectively.

Prerequisites

  • Active Omega Indexer account
  • Basic understanding of campaign statuses

Credit System Overview

Understanding Credits

Credit Usage

  • 1 Credit = 1 URL Submission
  • Credits deducted when campaign is submitted
  • Unused credits roll over to next billing period
  • No expiration on rolled-over credits

Refund Policy

Omega Indexer V2 automatically refunds credits for URLs that cannot be indexed:

Non-Indexable Reasons (Immediate Refund)

URLs marked as non-indexable receive immediate credit refunds:

  • 404 Not Found - Page doesn't exist
  • robots.txt Blocked - Crawling disallowed
  • Server Errors - 5xx status codes
  • Redirect Loops - Infinite redirects
  • No Content - Empty or blocked pages
  • Login Required - Authentication needed

Not Indexed Refunds (9-Day Period)

  1. URL passes initial validation (Indexable)
  2. Submitted to Google for indexing
  3. Monitored for 9 days
  4. If not indexed after 9 days → Credit refunded

Refund Timeline

  • Non-indexable: Immediate (within hours)
  • Not indexed: After 9-day period completes

Procedure: Checking Your Credit Balance

Step 1: Access Dashboard

  1. Log in to Omega Indexer
  2. Navigate to main Dashboard

Step 2: View Balance

Your credit balance is displayed showing:

  • Current available credits
  • Credits used this month
  • Credits pending (in active campaigns)

Step 3: Review Credit History

  1. Go to AccountCredit History (or similar)
  2. View all credit transactions:
    • Purchases
    • Deductions
    • Refunds

Procedure: Tracking Refunds

Step 1: Monitor Campaign Status

  1. Go to Campaigns
  2. Click on your campaign
  3. Review URL statuses

Step 2: Identify Refundable URLs

Look for these statuses:

  • Non-Indexable - Refund already processed
  • Not Indexed - Refund pending (wait for 9-day period)

Step 3: Verify Refund Receipt

  1. Check credit balance
  2. Review credit history
  3. Refunds appear as "Credit Refund" or similar

Best Practices for Credit Management

1. Optimize Before Submitting

2. Monitor Credit Usage

3. Calculate ROI

Effective Cost = (Credits Used - Credits Refunded) × Cost per Credit
Success Rate = Indexed URLs / Total URLs Submitted × 100%

Example:
- Submitted: 1000 URLs
- Indexed: 750 URLs
- Non-Indexable: 100 URLs (refunded)
- Not Indexed: 150 URLs (refunded)

Effective credits: 1000 - 100 - 150 = 750
Success rate: 750/1000 = 75%

4. Plan Optimization

Signs you need a different plan:
