Purpose
This procedure guides you through creating and submitting a link indexing campaign in Omega Indexer V2.
Prerequisites
- Active Omega Indexer account with credits
- List of URLs to index (publicly accessible)

- Log in to your Omega Indexer dashboard
- Navigate to Campaigns section
- Click New Campaign or Create Campaign
Step 2: Name Your Campaign
- Enter a descriptive campaign name
- Examples: "Blog Posts Dec 2024", "Product Pages Batch 1"
- Optionally add notes or description
- This helps you identify campaigns later
Naming Convention
Use consistent naming: [Site]-[Type]-[Date] Example: myblog-articles-2024-12
Step 3: Add Your URLs
- Prepare your URL list (one URL per line)
- Paste URLs into the input field
- System will count and validate URLs
URL Format:
https://example.com/page1
https://example.com/page2
https://example.com/page3URL Requirements
Ensure URLs are:
- Complete with
https://orhttp:// - Live and returning 200 status
- Not blocked by robots.txt
- Publicly accessible (no login required)
Step 4: Configure Drip Feed (Optional)
For campaigns with many URLs, enable drip feed:
- Toggle Drip Feed option ON
- Set number of days (e.g., 7 days)
- System will distribute submissions evenly

Step 5: Review and Submit
- Review the summary:
- Total URLs
- Credits required
- Drip feed settings
- Verify you have sufficient credits
- Click Submit Campaign
Step 6: Confirm Submission
- Review the confirmation dialog
- Click Confirm to submit
- Campaign will enter the queue
Campaign Statuses After Submission

Verification Checklist
- [ ] Campaign name is descriptive
- [ ] All URLs are valid and accessible
- [ ] Sufficient credits available
- [ ] Drip feed configured (if needed)
- [ ] Campaign appears in dashboard
- [ ] Status shows "In Queue"
Best Practices
- Batch similar URLs - Group pages by type for easier tracking
- Verify URLs first - Check for 404s before submitting
- Use drip feed - For campaigns over 100 URLs
- Monitor regularly - Check status daily during 9-day period
- Name consistently - Makes reporting easier
Troubleshooting
